NOTICE: Vendors must staff their table(s) from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.  Vendors leaving early will forfeit the privilege of renting tables for the remainder of 2022.


EATERIES: Vendors and Buyers can take advantage of the numerous locations in the general vicinity.


FIREARMS: Vendors are allowed to sell or swap both C.A.R. and modern firearms.  The Public can also come in to buy/sell/trade firearms legal firearms.

AMMUNITION:  ONLY boxed and sealed ammunition will be allowed to be sold.

Vendors – Please secure the trigger mechanism for all your firearms prior to entering show room floor.


Colorado Firearms Background Checks – will be conducted on firearms NOT meeting the *Curios & Relics State statue, i.e., modern firearms.  There will be a Militaria Collector Show staff member on-site to conduct a background check should there be a need. Cost will be $25.

*C.A.R. Firearms – If the firearm is 50 years or older the day of the show, it falls under Colorado HOUSE BILL 13-1229, SECTION 1, Colorado Revised Statutes, 18-12-112paragragh (6) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY TO: (a) A TRANSFER OF AN ANTIQUE FIREARM, AS DEFINED IN 18 U.S.C. SEC. 921(a) (16), AS AMENDED, OR A CURIO OR RELIC, AS DEFINED IN 27 CFR 478.11, AS AMENDED; as found on page 3.


VENDOR INFORMATION:
Vendor Set-Up – 07:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. Vendor ONLY hour to buy/sell/trade is from 0800 to 0900 AM.

*VENDOR Tables at $40.00 [PRE-PAID].  Tables on the Day-of-Show are $50. * NO EXCEPTIONS.

Military C.A.R. or more modern firearms – can be bought, sold, traded and displayed.

Military Collectibles – nearly anything military, such as field equipment, helmets, ribbons, badges, uniforms, helmets, war & trench art, books, war posters, edged weapons such as swords, knives and bayonets can be sold or traded.

NOTE:  VENDORS – NO loose ammunition, explosives or pyrotechnics of any kind are to be sold or displayed.

BEVERAGES: NO ALCOHOL OR SUBSTANCE OF ANY KIND ALLOWED.  Vendors will be ejected from the show floor and will not be allowed to rent a table for the remained of the current year.

*Should a Vendor fail to pay for a table(s) [prior] to show date – there is no guarantee tables will be available for current or future shows.  Tables in turn, may then be sold based on “first come/first served.”


SALES TAX: Vendors are solely responsible for collecting and paying any and all state & local taxes.  It is not the responsibility of Hilton Double-Tree, nor the Militaria Collector Show to do so.


OPEN TO THE PUBLIC – ADMISSION is only $5.00

*All net proceeds from admission fees are donated to the non-profit Audie L. Murphy Infantry Museum.

Children: under 12 are free with paying adult.

Military: Active, Retired, Active Reserve/ Guard personnel of all branches are free with military ID card.
