MILITARY COLLECTIBLES – U.S. and foreign military field equipment, uniforms, war art and military clothing available.


Show Schedule & Agenda:

Friday April 20 –  Early Vendor Setup beginning at 12-noon to 5:00 PM
           *Vendor “meet & greet” social from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Saturday – 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

*Vendor Setup from 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Sunday – 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM


*CCW CLASSES – Instruction by Equip 2 Conceal.  Classes  available both SAT/SUN from 1-4pm.  Participants in the class can receive 20% off the course fee if they register online in advance at  [equip2conceal.com]   Day of Show fee is $99.00 for the three hour class.



Table Fee: $75.00 per table covers FRI-SAT-SUN

*Vendors are encouraged to bring table covers, and also to cover all merchandise before & after posted showroom hours.  *No early departures by Vendors, who must staff tables SAT/SUN from open to close.

Security will be provided overnight FRI/SAT.  Vendors must secure/tie-strap ALL firearm firing mechanisms BEFORE entering showroom floor.  *Security will be checking all firearms.

*Ammunition must be in original factory packaging, and not loose, NOR displayed in loose fashion

** FFL Background Checks will be conducted on ALL firearms prior to any transfer

*** Vendors are solely responsible for collecting any and all local and state sales taxes


SHOW ENTRY FEE: $4 per adult.  Children under 14 are free with paying adult


FREE ENTRY” to Military: Active, Retired, Active Reserve/ Guard personnel of all branches with military ID card; Emergency Response Personnel – Fire-fighters, Law Enforcement, and Para-Medics in uniform

NOTICE: Vendors must staff their table(s) from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Vendors leaving early will forfeit the privilege of renting tables for the remainder of 2018.

EATERIES: Vendors and Buyers can take advantage of the Ramada Plaza restaurant, or other numerous locations in the general vicinity from the Ramada Plaza.


“FIREARMS: Vendors are now allowed to sell or swap both C.A.R. and modern firearms.

Vendors – Please secure the trigger mechanism for all your firearms prior to entering show room floor.

Security – There will be security positioned at the Vendor & Pikes Pike Events Room entrances, who will ensure all firearms have a nylon tie-strap securing the trigger mechanism.

Colorado Firearms Background Checks – will be conducted on firearms NOT meeting the *Curios & Relics State statue, i.e., modern firearms.  There will be a Militaria Collector Show staff member on-site to conduct a background check should there be a need. Cost will be $20.

*C.A.R. Firearms – If the firearm is 50 years or older the day of the show, it falls under Colorado HOUSE BILL 13-1229, SECTION 1, Colorado Revised Statutes, 18-12-112paragragh (6) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY TO: (a) A TRANSFER OF AN ANTIQUE FIREARM, AS DEFINED IN 18 U.S.C. SEC. 921(a) (16), AS AMENDED, OR A CURIO OR RELIC, AS DEFINED IN 27 CFR 478.11, AS AMENDED; as found on page 3.


*VENDOR Wall Tables at $35.00. Center Tables at $30.00

Military C.A.R. or more modern firearms – can be bought, sold, traded and displayed.

Military Collectibles – nearly anything military, such as field equipment, helmets, ribbons, badges, uniforms, helmets, war & trench art, war posters, knives and bayonets can be sold or traded.

NOTE: Absolutely no ammunition, explosives or pyrotechnics of any kind are to be sold or displayed.

*Should a Vendor fail to pay for a table(s) [prior] to show date – there is no guarantee tables will be available for current or future shows.  Tables in turn, may then be sold based on “first come/first served.”

SALES TAX: Vendors are solely responsible for collecting and paying any and all state & local taxes.  It is not the responsibility of Ramada Plaza, nor the Militaria Collector Show to do so.


*All net proceeds from admission fees are donated to the non-profit Audie L. Murphy Infantry Museum.
